Business Improvement Programme

In addition to the existing suite of products currently available to our clients via our ‘on-line shop’ we have developed a new comprehensive range of ‘Business Improvement Programmes’ specifically designed to giving  much fuller, continuing support, using a ‘Mentor/Consultancy’ approach, on an on-gong basis.

There are three levels of consultancy, allowing each practice to choose the customised plan which suits their own particular business goals and objectives (based on a 6 monthly rolling plan):

Level One: Is based on a ‘Practice Health Check/Business Plan’, which leads to a defined personalised Action Plan and includes target setting, KPI monitoring (Optic2000), a full day’s customised team training, on-site management meeting plus access to all on-line shop products.

Level Two: Includes all of the initiatives contained in Level One support and also includes Mystery Shopping, Patient Satisfaction Survey, Quarterly Marketing Package and an additional One-day training session.

Level Three: In addition to the Level Two services this level includes a full marketing plan, website analysis (including social media) 2 monthly onsite management meetings, planned press releases plus one more full days training programme

All three levels of service also include telephone/email consultant access, with a guaranteed 24 hour response.
